1. Orders
Orders are only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the collection or delivery date.

Custom cakes must be ordered with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice, or no later than 7 days before the required date.

Failure to make final payment on time may result in cancellation of your order without a refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the collection or delivery date.

For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund of the deposit may be granted, as planning and ingredient sourcing begins once an order is confirmed.

No refunds will be issued once baking or production of the order has started.

3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary needs before placing an order.

We do not accept liability for allergic reactions caused if we are not notified in advance.

4. Storage & Shelf Life
Cakes and baked goods should be stored in a refrigerator unless otherwise specified.

Products are best enjoyed within 7 days of collection/delivery for optimal freshness and taste.

5. Collection & Transport
Once an order has been handed over for collection or delivery, Edible Charm is not responsible for any damage that occurs thereafter.

Please ensure that cakes are transported flat and handled with care.

6. Design & Creative Integrity
We do not replicate exact cake designs, whether from other creators or our own past work. Each product is uniquely crafted.

While we strive to closely match your requested theme or design, minor variations may occur due to the nature of handmade goods.

7. Photos & Promotion
Edible Charm reserves the right to photograph and share images of your order for promotional purposes across our website and social media platforms.

If you prefer your order not to be photographed or shared, please let us know at the time of ordering.

8. Agreement
Placing an order with Edible Charm Bakery constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
